Arguably the most intellectual of all the captains, Jean-Luc Picard represents all those qualities which we admire in leaders: reflective, authoritative, intelligent, charismatic, inspiring and strong. We have deep affection for all of Star Trek's leading men and women, but there's no one we'd rather have in the Captain's Chair.
